FAQs...
1. What are the suggested age and weight limits?
For Manfred Mega Mantis the age range is 18 months to 9 years of age (Maximum weight 89lbs) and for Manfred Mini Mantis the age range is 18 months to 5 years of age (Maximum weight 89lbs)

2. Where should I build Manfred Mantis?
Level ground consisting of soft lawn, fine sand, or bark chips and not less than 6 ft from any structure or obstruction such as fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry lines, or electrical wires. DO NOT install over concrete, asphalt, packed earth, artificial grass carpet, or any other hard surface

3. What experience does Hills Industries have in outdoor play equipment?
Since the early 1960's Hills playsets have come along way. Generations of families have played on our swings and playsets. We’ve been part of growing up for decades. Hills’ Manfred Mantis is a groundbreaking design, which encourages children to play outside, use their imagination and have exciting adventures, all in the safety of their own backyards.

4. How long will it take to assemble?
We would suggest putting aside two mornings. Day one: Design the layout, prepare the site, and install ground sockets (2 hours). Day two: (or after concrete has set – minimum 24 hours) assemble the frame and activities (Mini Mantis: 2 hours, Mega Mantis: 4 hours). We recommend the concrete is allowed to cure for at least three days before the playset is used.
